Our Story
Hi there!
I am Priya, the person behind June Moon. An introvert and old school with eternal love for textiles. I want to share with you why and how we started June Moon.
It all starts with a little dream. While growing up, I would often envision myself working in my little studio, surrounded by textiles. This dream only got bigger with time, even after I secured a promising job in Human Resources.
After years of what ifs, I gave myself a new life at 30 when I finally decided I want to start my own venture! So this journey started in December 2020 with absolute faith and a handful of pieces to sell…and today, the love we receive from the world over is something we never imagined!!
June Moon has given me the motivation I had always wanted to feel for my work…and has gifted me with the sublime experience of creating, which I had always dreamed for myself.
Love for a slow life, a pull towards kindness and warmth, seeking beauty in the little joys of life….all this has been the very core of my being and our creations, thereby, are infused with the same love, beauty and warmth.
This story is really simple…a girl realizing her dream in her soft world!
So, when you have a June Moon in your wardrobe, please know that it has been peacefully made, far from the chaos, with love!
