- We at PR Labels take great care to ship products of utmost quality and do not accept Return / Exchange for them.
- Keeping in mind there is always room for human error, we exchange the products which are delivered with a manufacturing defect, provided, we are intimated about the same within 24 hours after the delivery of product to you.
Please note-
- Such products are only eligible for exchange if the customer has the parcel opening video capturing the defect.
- We do not facilitate pick ups for exchanges/returns. You are requested to ship the courier to us and inform us once done.
- Damage does not include any issues pertaining to the style, design or print of the product.
- The products sought to be exchanged should be unused and unwashed with original packaging, labels and tags intact. Products found to be used, washed or damaged will not be eligible for return/exchange.
- No products would be exchanged if they have been altered in any form.
- Customised orders will not be eligible for exchange.
- International orders will not be eligible for exchange.
- Products purchased during sale period/ any promotional offers will not be eligible for exchange.
- For any purchase made by the customer with a third party (not directly from our website), the request for exchange and the process ahead shall be taken up by the customer directly with the third party retailer.
EXCHANGE PROCESS If your purchase qualifies for an exchange based on the criteria mentioned above, kindly reach out to our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving your order at
care@junemoon.in to initiate the process. Our customer care team will conduct an investigation and respond within 2 business days (considering Monday to Friday as business days, excluding public holidays). Upon receiving communication from our customer care team, please provide the necessary details as requested and follow the steps outlined below:
- Package the product in its original packaging, including the invoice, tags, labels, bags, and any other items included with the purchase.
- Send the product back to our studio address as guided by the customer care team, along with the following information:
- Studio address for delivery of parcel
- Customer's name and address
- Order number
Upon receiving the product at our studio, it will undergo a quality inspection. If it passes the inspection, a replacement product will be dispatched to you within 7 business days. We offer replacements for the same product, and in the rare event that an identical replacement is unavailable, any product of equal or greater value will be eligible as a replacement. Please take note of the following:
- Request for refund/exchange will not be entertained if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- Request for refund/exchange will not be entertained if there are 2 failed delivery attempts to the customer or if the recipient refuses to accept the package.
- Before signing off on the delivery acceptance, please ensure that the received delivery is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In the event of a damaged package, please decline acceptance and mark "Damaged package" on the delivery receipt.
- Any unforeseeable charges which are applicable at the delivery source and beyond the control of the seller, will have to be borne by the customer, which would be over and above the total payment made for the purchase. Failure of payment for such charges would lead to return of order back to our studio, which would not be eligible for refund/exchange.
CANCELLATION POLICY Orders once placed by the customer with us through any channel, shall not be eligible for cancellation/ amendment. Junemoon.in reserves the right to cancel an order if need be, under circumstances of any unfulfilled requirement.
