In the marvellous process of hand block printing, variations in colour and print are likely to occur as a result of human involvement. This makes each creation unique and one’s experience of possessing them, even more wholesome.

Bleeding of a little colour is natural for the first few washes due to the process of hand block printing.

Actual colours may vary slightly from the picture.

Please note that size may vary by +/- 3 to 4 inch

Certain products might emit a smell due to binders used in the process of colour making. This is a natural phenomenon and goes away once it is kept in open, sunlit area.

Note: If it persists, please intimate us about the same and do not wash the product since we would only be able to help you out if the product is unused and unwashed.

The magnificent craft that hand block printing is, it is very natural that a product encounters a little colour splash, keeping the motive of bringing life to creations, all by hands, intact.

Please note that it shall not be considered a defect but a beautiful reminder that a product is created with love and skilful hands.

We at PR Labels take great care to ship products of utmost quality and do not accept Return / Exchange for them.

Keeping in mind there is always room for human error, we exchange the product which is delivered with a manufacturing defect, provided, we are intimated about the same within 3 days after it is delivered to you.

Please note:

An uncut parcel opening video is mandatory for us to be able to process complaints regarding defected/ missing or incorrect products.

In case of such an occurrence, we shall request the customer to send the product back to our address within the stipulated time. Upon receipt of the product, we shall initiate a fresh dispatch after a thorough inspection of the product.
